TetradPair
Privacy
This website introduces TetradPair and provides a way to send an inquiry.
Messages you send
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, and a message. We use those details to read and respond to your inquiry. The form sends your message to our inbox through Amazon Web Services. It does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Messages are kept in our business email system while needed for correspondence and related business records. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Website operation
The site uses Amazon Web Services for hosting and message delivery. Those services process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect the contact form. For rate limiting, the form stores a keyed hash of an IP address rather than the address itself, with an expiry of about one day. Expired entries can remain briefly until automatically removed. Application error logs are retained for 14 days; the application does not log message contents.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare processes connection and browser information to perform this security check. We verify its short-lived token before sending any inquiry. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The form does not save your message in browser storage.
Questions or requests
For questions about your information or to request deletion of an inquiry, use the contact form. Please identify the email address used for your original inquiry.
